The Brown Goose is a four-piece rock band from Tallahassee, Florida, known for their fast and heavy fusion of modern alt-rock with a vintage edge. Drawing inspiration from bands like Incubus and Aerosmith, The Brown Goose has grown from a backyard cover band to a staple in the local music scene, blazing a trail throughout the Southeast and beyond. With Mike Ingram and Giovanni Marrero-Baez on guitar, Barrence Dupree on bass, and Jonathan McLaughlin on drums, the band brings high-energy, emotionally charged anthems to audiences across the region. In 2021, The Brown Goose released their debut full-length album, This is the Way, produced by Lee Dyess at Earthsound Recordings, who has worked with notable acts like Mayday Parade and From First to Last. Known for their dynamic live performances, The Brown Goose has shared the stage with artists like Derek Sanders of Mayday Parade, Aaron Gillespie of Underoath, and even George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic, where Dupree also serves as director of operations.
