The Starbarcade is a private house venue with great sound and lighting. Acoustic panels ensure clean loud audio from the PA without disturbing the neighbors. This is a listening room.

Lee Bains III returns to Tallahassee after his electric and heartfelt appearance at Word of South. This time performing an intimate house show! He played Word of South in 2016, appearing with John T. Edge, an instore appearance at Retrofit Records in 2018, and returned to Word of South in 2026 at the Salvation South Stage.

This "venue" has original hardwoods, acoustic paneling, PA, sound board, and intricate lighting that helps bring the professionalism of a full venue to the intimate setting of a house party. Dancing encouraged and seating provided. There is also an arcade with over 10 machines!
