Chris Seepersaud will lead the room in some immersive mantras, chants, and songs—with a live band to encourage the bliss and release.

Featuring tabla artist Jason McKenzie, percussionists Corey McHugh and Reo Morris; a chant by Kundalini instructor Bridget Welch, bass by Brian Bertucci, supporting vocals from Stephanie Malouff, extra vocals and harmonium from Therese Whichello, and some autoharp and clarinet from Paul Ranney

The surbahar, an old baritone type-sitar will be played first by Seep, a chance for all to meditate on melodies that are 500 years old.

Then, some sitar and tabla duet will be followed by the full band and the voices of the room as we jam and chant together.
