John Wood is a singer-songwriter who creates a soulful blend of folk, rock, and pop music. Currently based in Wilmington, NC, the 21 year-old artist was raised in Atlantic City, NJ, and attributes his sound to growing up on the coast listening to all different types of genres and artists. Picking up the guitar at 15, John got his start playing local bars around South Jersey while writing and recording songs.

John aims to blend the elements of his wide-range of influences while establishing an original sound, providing an electric live show with the six-piece John Wood Band. You can catch them on tour this year up and down the east coast!
