Gareth Pearson “The Welsh Tornado”

Join us for Gareth Pearson - guitarist and composer known as “The Welsh Tornado.” You’ll love his show! His fingerstyle playing incorporates explosive lead runs, and he creates arrangements across genres including country/folk, classical, pop/rock, jazz/swing, and bluegrass.

He has toured extensively and performed at festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival. His influences include Chet Atkins, Merle Travis, Jerry Reed, and Tommy Emmanuel, who wrote a song about Gareth, called “The Welsh Tornado.”
