Florida A&M University’s Harambee Festival returns to Cascades Park on Saturday, February 22 with a lineup that includes Tallahassee-bred musician and producer Darryl Tookes and Friends, the RAA Steel Band, A Few Good Fellas, Tallahassee Nights Live, vendors, food and more surprise acts.
