The event will be unamplified, meaning the natural acoustic properties of the instruments and the venue will be on full display. This will be as close to witnessing a performance 100 years ago as you can achieve in the modern area. For those used to visiting the opera house, this could be the first time they get to experience a show that uses the acoustic properties of the venue to their fullest potential. The gong orchestra itself will take the audience members on a sonic journey similar to that of any other orchestra, and if anyone has ever experienced a "sound bath" or an ambient music record they will feel they are in familiar territory. There will be moments to experience, joy, gratitude & love. There will also be moments that could bring about feelings of fear, desire & pain. As a whole, one can expect a beautiful experience that is uniquely moving and suspenseful. It is a show that pairs well with the cooling of the air, the turning of the leaves & the eeriness of October.
