Scheduled to start right after the Irish Session is over, we'll have an open mic from 7-8 for you to present your "party piece" - limerick, favorite joke, song, poem, whatever tickles your fancy! Then – make way for DARA: Dara is a new Celtic music group based in Tallahassee. Dara, which means "oak" or "wise" in Gaelic, is composed of Tomas Bowling on fiddle, Kirill Litvak on accordion, and Stephen Hodges on guitar, tenor banjo, mandolin & vocals. Tomas is a veteran of the Boston Irish music sessions, Kirill is an accomplished accordionist with a deep repertoire, and Stephen is an experienced accompanist who has played traditional Celtic sessions around the states and Ireland, Scotland and Australia.
